Casaztech Background Check Privacy Policy

Casaztech Property Management (“Casaztech”, “we”, “our”) is committed to protecting personal data and providing transparency regarding how we collect, use, and safeguard information during our Background Check Service (“the Service”).

This Privacy Notice applies to clients who order background checks and to individuals or businesses (“Subjects”) being verified.

2. Data We Collect / Datos que Recopilamos

From Clients (Ordering the Check) / De Clientes:

- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Billing/payment details

From Subjects – Individuals / De Sujetos – Personas Físicas:

- Full legal name
- Place and date of birth
- Official ID (INE, passport, etc.) - Contact details
- Signed consent

From Subjects – Businesses / De Sujetos – Empresas:

- Business name (Razón Social) - Registration and public data
- Location and contact info

We also collect data from public and third-party sources such as: - Judicial & criminal records
- Blacklists & sanctions lists
- Company registries

- Online/digital sources

3. Purpose of Use / Finalidades del Tratamiento

To verify background information upon client request, confirm identity, criminal/legal standing, reputational risk, prepare bilingual summary reports, and comply with regulations.

4. Legal Basis / Fundamento Legal

Individuals: Consent is mandatory. No report is issued without it. Businesses: Consent is not required unless personal data is involved.

5. Consent Process / Proceso de Consentimiento

We contact the subject with a secure form. If consent is not granted (for individuals), the report is not produced and no refund is issued.

6. Use of Third Parties / Uso de Terceros

We work with authorized providers under legal agreements that ensure confidentiality and data protection.

7. Retention Period / Plazo de Conservación

Data is retained no longer than 90 days after report delivery, then securely deleted or anonymized.

8. ARCO Rights / Derechos ARCO

Subjects may Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose processing. To exercise rights, email [email protected] with subject line: 'ARCO Rights Request / Solicitud Derechos ARCO'.

9. Data Security / Seguridad de Datos

All personal data is encrypted in storage and during transmission. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Payment information is handled securely.

10. International Transfers / Transferencias Internacionales

No data is transferred outside Mexico unless necessary for international checks and authorized.
